Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized/customized items, and gift cards.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Ship Your Item: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges:
